Honoring Kaci Daniel's Legacy with Virginia 4-H

Kaci Daniel, Senior Extension Agent, 4-H in Orange County, has committed her life to investing in tomorrow by supporting youth through 4-H. Kaci was a 4-H member in Madison County, was tapped as a Virginia 4-H All Star in 1996, is a 2001 graduate of Virginia Tech, and has spent her career as a 4-H agent. In addition to the many youth lives she’s enriched as an agent; Kaci has consistently mentored other agents during her tenure.

Kaci’s friends are honoring her by creating the Katherine “Kaci” Daniel Building To Endowment Fund to support the 4-H program in Madison and Orange Counties. Once the initial $25,000 goal is met, the fund will be endowed and will provide support in Kaci’s name forever. Income from the fund will be used to provide opportunities to young people through 4-H in Madison and Orange County.

When she learned of this effort, Kaci said “I'm so honored and humbled by the efforts for an endowment in my honor...4-H has my heart; it made me who I am and I want that to continue in perpetuity so that all kids have the opportunities that I did."
